Helmets are included.

We have step-thru bikes and standard bikes, they all fit riders 155cm to 195cm.  We'll set up the bikes with you and depending on availablity you can choose whichever suits best.

We use Suntour suspension seat-posts for a super comfortable ride - no need for rear suspension.  More about the bikes here.
